Geneva Peace Week emphasizes that each and every person, actor and institution has a role to play in building peace and resolving conflict. It recognizes that peacebuilding occurs in many different contexts and cuts across disciplines and sectors. In this sense, Geneva Peace Week breaks down professional silos in order to enable creative responses to violence, exclusion and insecurity.

Thank you for joining us for a joint panel with Peace Direct & International Peace Institute!
Nonviolent Peaceforce, the Organization Internationale de la Francophonie and the Business Plan for Peace hosted an interactive multi-track peace process simulation!
This dynamic, entirely bilingual - French and English - participatory event created a world where community, government and business representatives could come together to address and attempt to achieve the resolution of a conflict scenario.
Participants experienced the complexity and challenges involved in resolving parties’ differences and preventing violence with expert facilitation from experienced peace professionals coming from a diversity of backgrounds and locations.
And that's a wrap! Nonviolent Peaceforce, together with the Organization Internationale de la Francophonie and Business Plan for Peace, just concluded an interactive multi-track peace process simulation at the United Nations Office at Geneva. pic.twitter.com/BGk8Gteg4W— NonviolentPeaceforce (@Peaceforce) November 7, 2019
