Mel Duncan was the featured speaker at the Peace Days Festival, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Sept. 22-24. Peace Days was inspired by Rotary World Peace Partners in 2010. Peace Days grew out of a desire to celebrate the United Nations' International Day of Peace, designated as September 21st each year.
Mel talked about unarmed civilian protection and the role of Canada in peacekeeping at events hosted at the University of Manitoba, Canadian Mennonite University and St. Boniface Cathedral.

He also gave the sermon at St. Georges Episcopal Church and was interviewed on The Weekend Morning Show, CBC Manitoba.  Click the link above to hear the interview.
