Nonviolent Peaceforce (NP) was recognized as an honouree of the 2025 Global Pluralism Award, joining three winning organisations and six other laureates recognised for their work advancing inclusive, peaceful societies worldwide.

Executive Director Tiffany Easthom represented Nonviolent Peaceforce at the ceremony in Ottawa and Toronto, Canada, showcasing the organisation’s work in bringing Unarmed Civilian Protection and inclusive peacebuilding to communities facing conflict.

“Pluralism is at the heart of the work we do at Nonviolent Peaceforce,” said Tiffany Easthom, Executive Director. “By recognising and respecting the diversity of communities, we can build safer, more inclusive societies. When people are heard and valued, even in the most challenging contexts, real peace and cooperation become possible.”
